As you can see, I am NOT ready to advertise my blog just yet. There is tweaking to be done and more content to write, but if you’re ready to advertise your blog, then I suggest you get $20
bucks of free, high quality, clicks. When I first signed up and started promoting my B Money Savvy blog, I really didn’t expect much. However, it turned out to be one of the best things I did at the time. Not only did I gain more traffic, I gained subscribers and longtime loyal readers which, in the long run, will keep the money flowing in.
You can also advertise your blog simply by commenting on other blogs. I would say 98% of the time when I comment on someone else’s blog, they, in turn, check out my blog. Obviously, if you’re in a particular niche, then it would suit you best to visit blogs in the same niche. That one person’s blog you visit could turn them into a loyal reader, which could lead to a link on their site or them spreading the word to more bloggers about an article they read on your blog.
Joining social networks like MyBlogLog, BlogCatalog, Pownce, MySpace, etc is a great way to advertise. It’s all about full circles by word of mouth.
I am a cheapo because I HAVE to be. I can’t afford $200 bucks to advertise with someone who is a PR 7; I have to look behind the means and make do with what I got!
