Super Affiliate Website Review - Sort of?

I had this whole post planned for a review of The Super Affiliate Website. After a good hour of signing up, I decided to forget about it. Maybe I’m just too lazy right now, but I found it to be too much to do.

I did sign up with them to see what the buzz was all about. I immediately received 2 emails and a phone call.  (Of course, I was smart enough to give a private number created for things just like this.)  One email was to confirm and the other one with account information. After you sign up, you are asked if you want a basic account or a pro account. I chose basic because I’m cheap:) With a basic account, you are given a site with little control. Right off the bat, I was taken to my account dashboard. Low and behold, I had already earned $10.25. How? I have absolutely no clue! I looked under earnings but nothing was recorded so who knows where it came from. 

In a nutshell–It looks like a regular website with programs you can hope people will sign up with. Here’s a screenshot.

It looks basic but nice.  I can pretty much do the same thing on my own site if I wanted to.  In fact, I would prefer to do it on my own site so I don’t have to deal with an extra website.  Like I don’t have enough already!  I think the Pro package offered tons more options but I didn’t want to pay $12 bucks a month. 

Annoyances:

Everytime I would leave a certain page a popup chat window would appear saying “Wait! We can offer you an upgrade to only $7.95!”.  It was very annoying and I could definately do without that. 

While there were wizards and such, I still found it confusing.  I couldn’t even find the information that explained exactly what the website was supposed to do for me.  Of course, I already knew this info but there are many people who wouldn’t have a clue. 

Final Thoughts:

There were pros and cons but, overall, I think the pro package would be best and has lots of potential.  Especially if you are just looking for a site to be setup fast.  Add your affiliate id’s and you’re set.  You will have to work to get traffic to the site but when you get that accompished, you’re bound to make some really good affiliate sales.  Do I recommend The Super Affiliate Website?  Yes.  I think you should atleast give the basic package a try.  If you like what you see, you can always upgrade.  If you don’t, nothing is lost but your time.

There’s my 2 cents.  Take it for what it’s worth.
