Making Money with Inbox Dollars

This is an opportunity more for the people who don’t have a blog and need a little extra cash.  Inbox Dollars was featured on Good Morning Americaa while back as being a reputable money maker for SAHM’s, retirees, and students.  I get quite a few searches for this so I thought I would give you my thoughts on it. 

Although I am signed up with them, I have never really actually used them.  Despite this,  I have made enough to request 2 checks from them which in turn, I was promoted up to Gold member status.  What does that mean?  It means I make more per referral now. 

All my income through Inbox-Dollars is generated via referrals.  I currently have 110 referrals.  These referrals (bloggers/non-bloggers) make money by doing 5 things:

  1. Cash Offers–You get credited by completing offers such as stamps.com, ebay, emusic and more.
  2. Cash Surveys–Just like it says, you get paid by completing surveys.  I believe it’s $1 per survey.
  3. Cash Games–Get paid to play games.  I’m not a fan of this because you have to spend way more than you get back.
  4. Cash Shopping–Pick a merchant, shop & buy, and get up to 40% cash back.  This can add up REALLY quick!
  5. Referrals.

Until you reach Gold status, you will receive your checks monthly instead of weekly.  By being a Gold member…

Every time a new member joins InboxDollars™ without being referred by an existing member, a current Gold Member is automatically credited for ‘referring’ the new member. Your Gold Membership guarantees you a portion of this pool of new non-referred members and all the benefits it includes.

You also receive double sweepstakes entries.  This a nice incentive for trying to get referrals.  You are placed into a random drawing for a number of different prizes. 

You won’t get rich with Inbox-Dollars but you’ll have some extra pocket money.  For the reader who needs every dime they can get, I highly recommend it.  For the blog publisher, I recommend the referral program.  Once you get a large amount of referrals, you can simply make money off of them.  I’m not sure if Send Earnings is part of their franchise or not but they are very similiar with the exception of the signup bonus.  What? I didn’t mention that?  Yes, you get a signup bonus of $5.

    :( I have been with them for over a year and only requested one check from them. I even have a Gold account. Just the luck of the draw with the referals I suppose.

    I LOVE inbox dollars! Was thinking of writing a review on them too. I have been a member for about 4 years now and have made a few hundred bucks from them. Highly recommend them!
