It seems you average only 4-5 hours sleep a night and that is not very healthy. I thought I did bad at 5-6 hours a night. I go to bed about 1 and up at 6:30, but sometimes fall asleep on couch during news and then up and do computer for a bit and then bed. In Sep my 12 yr old will take the bus with his aide coming here in AM and first time in years I do not have to drive him to school and the 13 yr old is homeschooled using California Virtual Academy, will be second year doing it. Now I will be able to head off to 24 hour fitness after bus leaves and now that son has a rhythmn for the computer work and text book stuff and get in my time and then do errands and come back in time for lunch. I'm always up and doing something, and my husband is constantly telling me to sit down and relax. He doesn't realize that I can't sit down and relax, because if I do, things don't get done and life turns into chaos.
