Are You Still There?

Yes, I’m still here! Although, perhaps not for long. I have decided to make some changes to lighten my load, as well as give me the time to pursue my real passions. Now technically, I’m not going anywhere but this blog, well, that’s different story; one that I will talk about more another time.
You will still be able to read the same stuff I write here, but it will be in a different place and won’t be daily like I was doing before. Sometimes when you’re getting paid to blog, you tend to write posts just for that reason and not for quality reasons. While I did try to fit in paid links inconspicuously, I did notice that the quality was diminishing. I don’t want that because I do care about my name and what my readers think of me.
With all that said, I sincerely hope that when things do change here, you will continue to follow me. I adore my commenters and fans and would love to have your support when the ’new’ arrives.

Hi Lori,
I bumped into you on Caroline’s Post ‘How NOT To Leave Blog Comments’. That was the reason that caught my eye. And I have been running to catch up. I even had to coax a third finger to co-operate with the other two that I use to type with, to get here as fast as I did! ;-)
Anyway, I have spent all afternoon pursuing your site and I am amazed at the abundance of resources that are here. And I can tell you are a giver, as so much of it is gratis and I appreciate that very much. Because I am fairly new to Blogging and endeavoring to generate additional streams of revenue, now on the Internet, so Ill be back often!
I am not up to speed on ‘Getting Paid To Blog’ (Yet will look that over good too!) tho, I do understand, “Owing your soul to the company store”! Not a follower per se, as I just got here, but with so much that is available; I may turn into a groupie myself! ?
I posted on Caroline’s Site a reference to your contribution there and in I made a ‘tongue in check’ statement, “Comment on mine and I will comment on yours.” Well I made it here!
With all your expertise, (and I am not patronizing you.) shown here in pure content, I would appreciate you ‘takin a gander’ at my site and maybe 3 or 4 suggestions, on what to change, add and/or delete! (I’ll be in your debt!)

I’m going through the same thing as you, Lori. I’m finding that because I’m concentrating on the paid posts, my non paid posts are suffering. So I’m rearranging my blogs too :)
And like your previous commentor, I’ll still be reading wherever you’re writing!

:( Don’t give up on this blog! You’ve got some great material going and you definitely are well exposed to a good amount of search terms. Maybe you should take a quick sabbatical from blogging and then get right back into it in full force. Everyone needs a vacation :)
